Welcome to JUNE. Our second month and the heat is rising… temperatures, tension, and the quiet roar of women done with being quiet.
The word I have chosen as our SPARK this month is…
BARE
Body and soul.
A word to focus on the naked truth.
A word that strips it back.
To skin, to what’s left when the pretending stops.
Senses, sensibilities and sensuality.
Touch, taste, sight, smell, sound .. and the 6th most powerful sense - your mind.
It is not about becoming, it is about being.
Exactly as you are.
Warts, wants, wickedness and all.
When the filters fall off. When the lights are still on.
When you stop editing and just… exist.
It is what’s left when you stop trying to be agreeable. When you realise that softness is not weakness, and boldness is not arrogance.
It’s standing there … in the light, in the flesh, in full contradictory glory and saying "This is me", in true Greatest Showman style vocal.
We’re not smoothing edges this month. We’re naming them.
We’re letting the mirror reflect what’s real, not just what’s presentable.
You don’t need shrinking. You need noting.
You don’t need editing. You need witnessing.
It is about being NOTED - the second pillar of our MANIFESTO.
Because you are not behind.
You are not broken.
You are just rarely seen in your full, delicious detail.
Look into the mirror. Own your space.
SECRET: have a positive predilection for size.
No judgement.
